Description
The city of Louisville sits on the banks of the Ohio River in the dark hour before dawn. A gloomy day awaits commuters driving across the Clark Memorial Bridge from southern Indiana. Although the skyline includes many buildings that are modern and constructed fairly recently, the brooding day seems to conjure up the gritty industrial past of this part of the city.
